Lisa Reshaur, Ph.D. is Microsoft’s Vice President of Risk and Resilience. She leads a global team within the Digital Security space driving Enterprise Resilience, Crisis Management and Security Risk Management & Compliance including supplier security. In the past few years she has been driving Microsoft’s response to COVID-19 and the War in Ukraine, driving a globally consistent crisis response across 90+ countries. The COVID-19 effort also included standing up and leading a vaccination site in partnership with local government and health organizations focused on vaccinating underserved populations in the community. Her team is focused on driving efficiency in risk and resilience through better data analytics, automation and AI. Prior to joining Microsoft, Lisa worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers where she spent 14 years designing and building risk and controls programs for companies around the globe.

John Yeoh, with over 20 years of experience in research and technology, provides executive-level leadership, relationship management, and board strategy development. He is a published author, technologist, and researcher with areas of expertise in cybersecurity, cloud computing, information security, and next-generation technology (IoT, DevOps, Blockchain, Quantum). John specializes in risk management, third-party assessment, threat intelligence, data protection, incident response, and business development within multiple industry sectors, including the government. His works and collaborations have been presented in the Wall Street Journal, Forbes, SC Magazine, USA Today, CBS, Information Week, and others.John’s contributions continue with involvement in professional organizations such as CSA, IAPP, ISSA, ISC2, and ISACA. John sits on numerous technology committees in government and industry with the FCC, NIST, ISO, CSA, IEEE, and CIS. He represents the US as a delegate for cybersecurity relations to other nation-states.

Ivette Bayo (aka Doctora, Dr. H and Dr. P – currently we are in the processing phase of research) is an Information Scientist, Information Security Researcher, Privacy Advocate, Security Practitioner, A Former Middle School Math Teacher and now a Professor. An alumni of the University of Washington’s School of Library and Information Science – as a librarian they work to abide by the ALA and ACM Codes of Ethics.  Ivette believes Privacy Matters, Different Folks experience information and privacy differently.  Information Security is everyone’s business, and what you do is your business – yet people talk – so if you don’t want people to know, don’t do it. Disclosure:  Currently their paid gig is a Technical Program Coordinator for a compliance project for MSFT (translation- I’m what’s known as a vendor, individual contributor, v-).  Openly advocates for mental health conversations in work environment and creating dialogues around healthy limits and boundaries. Dr, P believes in creating open, honest and psychologically safer spaces to openly discuss options, limiting beliefs and nuances in making sustainable work life choices in a post pandemic world.

Marina Segal is an entrepreneur and product leader in the Cloud Protection Space with over 17 years of global experience in Cyber Security, MSSP, Risk Management, Compliance, and Governance. She is currently the CEO and Co-Founder of Tamnoon, and has a track record of enabling Dome9 (acquired by Check Point) and Sysdig to become leaders in the Cloud Security Market. Marina has expertise in leveraging AI and ML technologies to develop cloud security products and has been instrumental in driving innovation and delivering high accuracy results. Marina is also a board member of the Cloud Security Alliance Seattle Chapter and is the Founder of WoSec Chapter Meetup – Bay Area.
