Gleb Reznik, CISO at Synchrony

Gleb Reznik is the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Synchrony. He is responsible for leading the Information Security program that is focused on protecting and enabling Synchrony’s key business objectives. Gleb joined Synchrony from Capital One where he was a CISO for the Shared Technology division. There he was responsible for executing the cybersecurity program to enable the rapid digital transformation, while protecting corporate assets. Gleb was also responsible for establishing the enterprise cloud security program to safeguard Capital One’s migration to the public cloud. Prior to Capital One, Gleb spent the majority of his career developing cybersecurity programs and solutions for Fortune 500 companies. Gleb is a strategic advisory board member for the International Consortium of Minority Cybersecurity Professionals (ICMCP) and the University of Connecticut Technology Park. Gleb is also part of the BITS Information Security Committee. Gleb holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Rochester Institute of Technology and a number of professional certifications – CISSP, CISM, and CRISC.

Tracey is an experienced and dedicated Account Manager that has helped hundreds of organizations worldwide over the last fourteen years by sharing a web-based Performance and Talent Management software to help build a world-class workforce, get better business results through a high performing, aligned and engaged workforce, and establish their internal talent as a sustainable competitive advantage.

Her areas of expertise include Performance Management, 360s, Job Descriptions, Pay-for-Performance Compensation, Succession Planning, Learning Management, Applicant Tracking/Recruiting, and Change Management Strategies for automating Talent Management.
