Panel discussion during lunch concurrent with RSA Conference

The challenge of creating and supporting a diverse cybersecurity workforce now dominates the discussions of HR professionals and corporate leaders with a desire to move the needle on this issue.

As a global society, we have witnessed the continuous explosive growth of the industries directly related to technology, yet the workforce, at nearly every level, continues to be dominated by white and Asian males, to the exclusion of women and traditionally underrepresented minorities.

This panel will discuss the demonstrable actions which help to bring more diversity into the cybersecurity workforce and facilitate a discussion of recommendations/solutions to close the gap.
